In April 2010 Kate Launders suggested to Harley's mum Katherine that she might like to create a cookbook to raise funds for Harley's charity.
Friends and family kindly donated sweet recipes and an incredibly generous sponsor Mr Paul Heath at Greenshires Group Limited
offered to print the cookbook
meaning ALL proceeds
would go directly to Harley's charity.

On 7th August 2010 at our GlastonBlaby Charity Music Festival
we launched
The Sweet Edition
and it has been a huge success

Following on from this Kate decided to create a savoury edition
again asking friends and family to donate recipes.
Again Mr Paul Heath and his team at Greenshires offered to
print the book

On 9th July 2011 we launched our Savoury Edition at
our GlastonBlaby Charity Music Festival
